He holds degrees in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Business Administration from prestigious institutions in Bulgaria, the USA, and the UAE. Mr. Al Seiari has held various leadership roles in ADNOC Refining, driving significant improvements in operational efficiency, safety, and environmental performance. He is a member of several professional organizations and has contributed to the development of the industry through his expertise in reliability-centered maintenance, process optimization, and project management.
